Reading: Please read chapter 21 on Nuclear Reactions. 

Homework: chapter 20 problems 65, 67, 71, 75, 77, and 79.  chapter 21 problems 23, 29, 37, 41, 45, 53, 54, and 65.

Discussion and Quiz:  Discussion will meet next week (April 18 or 20, 2005.  No quiz next week.

Final Test: Monday, April 25, from 10 am to 12:50 pm.  You will need the usual Lovus 882 Scantron, #2 pencil, and calculator.  Equations given on earlier test will be given on the final test.  The test will not cover chapter 22 on non-metals.  It will cover chapters 11 (only intermolecular forces), 13, 14, 15, 16, 17.1-6, 19, 20, and 21.

I should have final grades posted on my web site by noon, Thursday, April 28.  There will be an extra credit question from chapter 24 sections 5 and 6 about asking you to explain why certain transition metal cations appear colored. 

Lab: On Tuesday we will be doing a voltaic cell lab and checking out of lab.  Lab will not meet on Thursday or Friday.   I will be available all day Thursday from 10:30 am to 4:45 pm.   All Lab Notebooks are due on April 25 by 1 pm, the day of the final.  Thursday-Friday Labs notebooks are due Wednesday, April 27.  Tuesday's Lab notebooks are due by Thursday noon, April 28.
