Class: Gastropoda (Gas-trop'-o-duh): The snails. These "stomach-foot" molluscs have a single foot. Individuals may be shelled such as Tegula brunnea (Brown Turban Snail and Haliotis (abalone) or without a shell such as Aplysia (Sea Hare) or Anisodoris nobilis (Sea Lemon).
Some molluscs prey on other molluscs, like the moon snail.
